Continuous mentoring and learning **Job Description:** We are looking for a Human Resources Intern interested in developing expertise in human talent management and gaining practical experience in an organizational setting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Screen and organize resumes. * Assist in managing personnel documentation and files. * Update databases and records of the department. * Support administrative tasks specific to the HR department. **Requirements:** * University or technical students majoring in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools. * Strong organizational, communication, and learning skills. * Responsibility and commitment. **Internship Conditions:** A practice certificate will be issued only upon completion of 930 hours. **Available Shifts:** * Morning Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (preferred) * Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. * Practice Days: Monday to Saturday. **We Offer:** * Continuous mentoring and learning. * Practical experience in the Human Resources field. * A positive work environment.
