Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Management Analyst to provide comprehensive support in HR processes, including payroll, attendance management, and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the entire payroll process, including calculation, validation, and payment. 2. Administer and monitor employee attendance. 3. Execute recruitment and personnel selection processes. At COOPSM SAN JORGE LTDA, we are looking for a **Human Resources Management Analyst** to join our team. We seek a professional who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of providing comprehensive support in the organization’s HR processes. Responsibilities * Manage the full payroll process: calculation, validation, and payment, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Administer and monitor employee attendance: registration, incidents, and reporting. * Execute recruitment and personnel selection processes across various departments, from job posting to onboarding. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation. * Provide support in other HR processes such as workplace climate, training, and development. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll management, personnel administration, and recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of current labor regulations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. **CONDITIONS** Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday \- Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience managing payroll, salary register, and personnel control processes?
