We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team. **About the Position** You will be responsible for the company’s comprehensive Human Resources management: recruitment and selection, payroll and benefits, workplace climate, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for personnel * Administer payroll, pay slips, and benefits (SCTR, Life Insurance Law, EPS) * Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations * Promote a positive work environment and internal communication * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and records, among others * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Work, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of labor legislation and intermediate Excel skills **Skills** Analytical, proactive, organized, and empathetic individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information. **Employment Type:** Full-time, on-site **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6:45 PM **Salary:** To be determined based on experience Work Location: On-site employment
