Requirements: * Completed technical studies in Administration or related fields, with diplomas focused on Human Resources. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Ability to commute to Puente Piedra (work location). Responsibilities: * Prepare onboarding documentation, employment contracts, and employee records. * Register new hires and modifications in T\-Registro. * Monitor attendance and punctuality; prepare and submit monthly reports. * Coordinate performance evaluations with responsible departments. * Manage and promote staff training, development, and capacity-building initiatives. * Develop organizational charts and implement the job profile manual, including newly created positions. * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes according to defined requirements and profiles. * Prepare onboarding documentation, conduct employee inductions, and coordinate training for new hires. * Administer labor relations, disciplinary procedures, leaves of absence, and vacation requests. * Calculate payroll, disburse salaries and benefits, manage fifth-category income tax, AFP contributions, and file PLAME declarations. * Manage and renew the Mandatory Life Insurance (Seguro Vida Ley).
