The challenge is: To manage recruitment and selection processes for our garment manufacturing plant, applying various techniques and serving as support for HR department activities. I. WHAT YOU NEED * Psychology graduate or bachelor's degree holder * Minimum 1 year of experience conducting mass recruitment processes, preferably in the garment industry or in manufacturing/production companies with workforces of 1,000 employees * Intermediate-level Office and Excel proficiency * Experience administering psychometric and projective tests * Proficiency in utilizing diverse personnel attraction channels * Availability to work onsite in Ate II. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE * Posting job vacancies on various employment platforms * Managing recruitment processes for operational (mass) and administrative positions * Supporting job fairs * Resume and telephone screening of candidates * Competency-based interviews * Preparing recruitment effectiveness reports * Preparing psycholaboral reports * Supporting HR activities (well-being, organizational climate, training) * Monitoring newly hired personnel (pulse surveys) * Other duties as required by the department III.
