Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency A company engaged in mineral extraction (Beneficiation Plant) requires an HR Assistant who meets the following requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. \- 3 years of experience in the field. \- Experience in personnel timekeeping. \- Recruitment and selection. \- Employment contracts. \- Report preparation. \- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. \- Work schedule: 20 days on, 10 days off, at Las Lomas, Piura. \- Travel allowances provided. \- Immediate availability. Salary: S/.2,300.00 \- S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
