Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users in stores, warehouses, and distribution centers, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and communications incidents.

**Job Description**

Provide support for technological devices used in stores, warehouses, and distribution centers, complying with established SLAs.
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users in stores and offices.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, communications, and peripheral incidents.
* Handle Level-1 incidents involving POS systems, scales, Zebra/Bixolon thermal printers, barcode scanners, self-service kiosks, PDTs, and other store devices.
* Execute installation, configuration, and maintenance procedures for technological equipment.
* Monitor and escalate critical incidents promptly according to established SLAs.
* Monitor the availability and proper functioning of the technological infrastructure in stores.
* Participate in implementation, renewal, and deployment projects for technological solutions.
* Maintain up-to-date technological inventory and ensure traceability of assigned assets.
* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address incidents requiring specialized support.
* Document procedures, recurring incidents, and implemented solutions in corporate platforms.
* Ensure compliance with security policies, operational continuity, and IT standards.
* Conduct scheduled store visits for preventive and corrective maintenance.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT infrastructure support.
* Desired experience in retail companies, supermarkets, logistics, or commercial chains.
* Knowledge of Windows 10/11, software installation, and device configuration.
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity.
* Experience managing tickets and incidents under SLA compliance.
* Availability to travel between stores as required by operational needs.
* Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Experience supporting POS systems, scales, thermal printers, and barcode scanners.
