Quality management and product replenishment **Job Description** ---------------------- Oversee team production supervision and compliance. * Generate section performance indicator reports and coordinate with central departments regarding implementation or supply observations. * Coordinate with commercial activity-related suppliers (merchandisers, promoters, POP installation, etc.) on operational activities on the sales floor and adherence to schedules. * Verify and support compliance with established operational routines for the section (setup, replenishment, display, quality and commercial standards, omnichannel operations, and ecosystem). * Conduct walkthroughs to meet perishables performance indicators. * Execute transfers of production shifts and manage shrinkage. * Verify correct product replenishment and rotation on the sales floor. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed, ongoing, or incomplete university or technical education. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in perishables or leading teams. * Prior knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). * Prior experience with Office applications, MS Access, and purchase order management. * Schedule subject to coordination with direct supervisor; full-time on-site availability required. * Results-oriented, adaptable to change, and customer service-focused. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
