Paid weekly training sessions We are currently searching for the best talent to fill the position of Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst at our AREQUIPA office (on-site), located in front of the Capuchin Church and the Catholic University. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection areas. Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. IMMEDIATE availability to work on-site in the province of Arequipa (in front of the Capuchin Church and the Catholic University). WHAT DO WE OFFER?
