Learn about the Management Control Coordinator position. * Monitor the proper execution of projects, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders, verifying alignment with budgets assigned to the Vice Presidencies or Corporate Managements under your scope of support. * Conduct operational follow-up on third-party services that provide direct or indirect support to control management, ensuring continuity and quality of the support delivered. * Analyze financial and operational data, identifying variances and trends to enable informed decision-making. * Develop annual Plan and Forecast. Ensure information is aligned with internal clients and leaders. * Ensure procurement processes within the VP/GC under your management are fully complied with. * Support compliance with defined procurement processes, verifying their proper execution across monitored units. * Ensure accurate accounting provisioning for assigned managements. * Prepare predictive analyses and/or estimates to anticipate financial closing, enabling timely actions to achieve company goals. What We Need From You: * 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Management Control, or Network Expense Control * Knowledge of financial statements, process optimization, Business Intelligence, and databases (desirable) **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Advanced Excel skills * Intermediate Power BI skills * Basic SQL skills * Basic Python skills (desirable) * ERP SAP or Oracle **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
