Job Summary: We are seeking a NOc Network Engineer to monitor, manage, and optimize mobile networks, ensuring operational continuity and resolving incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Discover the challenges awaiting you as a NOc Network Engineer: * Monitor and escalate operational and network performance alarms, including coordination with vendors for events and/or failures occurring on the network. * Manage, notify, and provide first-line support for network incidents across Core/Access/Services: Data, Voice, SMS, Roaming. * Regularly execute service test matrices, validating service operability under any contingency. * Execute change and/or performance scripts on network elements to optimize their operation. * Execute and/or monitor scheduled network activities according to case complexity, while detecting, managing, and resolving recurring incidents. * Document and update new network-related procedures and ensure their appropriate dissemination to stakeholders. * Actively participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of management systems, promoting them within your teams. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of mobile network infrastructure systems. * Knowledge of mobile and data network technologies. * Prior experience of 1–2 years in relevant positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
