Lead the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of regional strategic projects in Oncology and OyT, translating strategy into annual plans and preparing executive reports.

**Job Description**

Lead the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of regional strategic projects in Oncology and OyT
* Translate the regional Oncology and OyT strategy into annual and quarterly plans with objectives, milestones, deliverables, budget, and risks.
* Establish and orchestrate committees (Clinical and Management), agendas, minutes, and follow-up on agreements; ensure timely escalation.
* Prepare executive reports, tracking dashboards, and progress presentations for Medical Leadership, Regional Committees, and the Presidency, integrating results, alerts, risks, pending decisions, and actionable recommendations.
* Lead efficiency initiatives.
* Collaborate on Quarterly/Annual Results Reporting and Certification Communications.
* Other duties inherent to the position.
**Candidate Requirements**
--------------------------
* Health professional: Biomedical Engineer, Physician, Nurse, or related field.
* Postgraduate degree/diploma in Project Management, Quality/Excellence, or Health Management is desirable.
* 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Health Project Management, or PMO, Quality, or Process roles.
* Experience implementing multi-area improvement/standardization initiatives.
* Experience in Oncology and/or Orthopedics and Traumatology.
