Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct field interviews when necessary. Efficiently manage large-scale and operational selection processes. Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs. Maintain records of candidates and pre-selected personnel. Requirements Preferred three months of experience in recruitment and selection, especially in large-scale and operational processes.
