Job Summary: You will provide support for development initiatives across Falabella Financiero departments, assisting with training management, onboarding, internal communications, and event logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support development and training initiatives at Falabella Financiero. 2. Collaborate in training management, onboarding, and internal communications. 3. Ensure logistical execution of events and tracking of Purchase Orders (SAP). **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support for development initiatives across various departments of Falabella Financiero. * Support training and onboarding management processes. * Ensure implementation of the internal communication plan for Training and Onboarding. * Provide support in managing diverse development initiatives, audits, and training programs. * Ensure proper execution and tracking of the Purchase Order (SAP) workflow. * Ensure proper logistical execution of events led by the department. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Students in their 7th or 8th semester: Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering. * Excel proficiency: Intermediate/Advanced.
