Support HR administrative processes **Recruitment and Selection Analyst – Telecommunications** We are a telecommunications company currently seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst** to join our team and help us attract top operational and administrative talent. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection (experience in telecommunications is preferred). * Knowledge of basic Human Resources processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with recruitment platforms (Indeed or others). **What will be your challenges?** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. * Evaluate candidates (interviews, assessments, and reference checks). * Present final candidate shortlists to requesting departments. * Coordinate onboarding of new employees. * Generate recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, etc.). * Support HR administrative processes. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one (General Regime) * Salary: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,300 * Excellent work environment Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
