On behalf of our client — a mass-consumption company — we are looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst**.
**PROFILE**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
* Experience in industrial, production, or manufacturing companies handling large-scale processes.
* Knowledge of labor legislation.
* Experience conducting competency-based interviews and psycholaboral assessments.
* Desired: Familiarity with recruitment metrics.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Identify and validate staffing requirements in coordination with department heads.
* Design, update, and validate job descriptions.
* Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
* Perform initial resume screening, selecting candidates aligned with established requirements.
* Conduct competency-based interviews, evaluating candidate fit against the role profile and organizational culture.
* Administer and analyze psychometric and psycholaboral tests.
* Coordinate technical evaluations with requesting leaders or supervisors when required by the role.
* Verify employment references and validate documentation submitted by applicants.
* Prepare psycholaboral reports for the shortlisted candidates.
* Coordinate the onboarding and hiring process, ensuring proper integration of the new employee.
* Manage the induction process for newly hired staff, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure appropriate integration.
* Maintain an updated candidate database to facilitate future selection processes.
* Monitor the new employee’s adaptation during the probationary period.
* Develop selection-related performance indicators and management reports aimed at continuous improvement.
* Participate in employer branding activities, such as job fairs or partnerships with educational or technical institutions.

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:50 PM
* Work modality: On-site
* Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho
Salary: S/.2,600.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month
