Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Selection Analyst to manage the complete talent attraction and hiring cycle—from defining job profiles to onboarding. Uses AI tools to attract talent We are currently seeking personnel for the position of Recruitment and Selection Analyst, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in this role, to perform the following functions: defining job profiles with leaders, posting job openings, screening CVs, interviewing candidates (by competencies), administering psychometric tests, and managing the hiring process (onboarding) to ensure the best talent is hired. * **Needs Identification:** Collaborate with department managers to define the job profile and required competencies. * **Recruitment (Attraction):** Post vacancies on job portals and social media (LinkedIn), and use AI tools to identify potential candidates. * **Selection and Evaluation:** Review CVs, conduct interviews (remote/in-person), and administer technical and psychometric tests to assess suitability. * **Process Management:** Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, conduct employment reference checks, and manage follow-ups via ATS systems. * **Closing and Hiring:** Present job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation. * **Reporting and Metrics:** Report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and keep job descriptions up to date. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
