DESCRIPTION We are seeking an Energy Sector Researcher with solid experience in specialized recruitment, focused on headhunting, cold prospecting, and end-to-end comprehensive selection process management for clients in the energy industry, including generation, distribution, and/or sector suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Cold prospecting and active talent sourcing within the energy sector using hunting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bumeran, databases, and market mapping. * Profile scoping and analysis with internal and/or external clients, understanding technical and operational needs of the energy business. * Candidate evaluation, presentation, and advocacy to clients. * End\-to\-end comprehensive recruitment process management. * Salary negotiation and closing of processes with selected candidates. * Continuous follow-up and support to clients and candidates throughout the entire process. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Researcher/Recruiter in the energy sector, either at recruitment consultancies or companies in the field (generation, distribution, and/or suppliers). * Proficiency in the full recruitment cycle (profile scoping, hunting, interviews, and closing). * Proven experience in headhunting and cold prospecting of energy-sector profiles. * Negotiation skills with clients and candidates (especially regarding salary and terms). * Availability to work in a hybrid mode (3 days onsite in San Borja). * Intermediate or advanced English.
