Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Assistant to support recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, evaluation, and preparation of psycho-occupational reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the entire recruitment and selection process 2. Evaluate candidates using psychometric tests and interviews 3. As part of our growth plan, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of SELECTION ASSISTANT for processes in Huachipa: Responsibilities: * Post job openings on virtual job boards. * Participate in job fairs. * Identify new channels for personnel acquisition. * Conduct fieldwork. * Evaluate and select candidates using psychometric tests and competency-based interviews. * Prepare psycho-occupational reports. Requirements: * Psychology graduate or bachelor's degree holder. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment and selection.
