Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Senior Creative Designer: * Supervise the visual and aesthetic quality of advertising materials produced by Entel’s in-house team. * Develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity for brand and commercial campaigns. * Use AI tools to create and enhance high-quality images. * Adapt materials for various formats and communication channels. * Ensure high standards of design, aesthetics, and visual consistency. * Research design, advertising, and artificial intelligence trends applied to marketing. * Coordinate with marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure proper campaign execution. * Manage image banks, graphic resources, and visual libraries. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, Digital Animation, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in design tools. * Advanced proficiency in Motion Graphics. * Advanced proficiency in editing and post-production software. * Advanced proficiency in AI tools. * Prior experience of 7–9 years in design, animation, editing, advertising, or marketing roles. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
