




Job Summary: Responsible for the settlement, registration, auditing, and submission of benefit and medical equipment rental files for Continuous Care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute the settlement of Continuous Care benefits. 2. Record benefit allocations. 3. Assemble and submit files for billing. **Job Description** ---------------------- Execute the settlement of benefits provided by the multidisciplinary Continuous Care team. Record allocations of benefits provided by the multidisciplinary Continuous Care team. Assemble and submit files with required supporting documents (guarantee letters, SITEDS, etc.) for corresponding billing. Receive, physically or virtually, billing reports and delivery guides from the provider of hospital medical equipment rentals for home-based patients; as well as validate them to proceed with service payment. Conduct the respective administrative audit and correct allocations as appropriate. Submit the monthly report of Continuous Care service allocations to the audit team (medical and billing) for review.
