Job Summary: Train and support clinical and administrative staff of Auna's Clinic Network on protocols, systems, and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous training and on-site support for clinical and administrative staff. 2. Design and implementation of advanced programs to resolve errors. 3. On-site training audits to ensure knowledge retention. **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Provide on-site training, coaching, and support to clinical and administrative staff of Auna's Clinic Network. 1\. Train new hires and active staff on technical registration protocols and admission manuals (aligning soft and technical skill levels). 2\. Design and implement advanced programs to expertly address and resolve recurring feedback and errors identified at the source. 3\. Support staff in adopting and becoming familiar with new systems and processes, reducing resistance to change. 4\. Conduct on-site training audits across Hospitalization, Emergency, and Outpatient Departments (OPD) to verify knowledge retention. 6\. Maintain continuous communication with the responsible specialist physician, budget executives, guarantee letters, hospitalization and inpatient admissions, and operating room schedulers—with focus on surgical workflow. **Requirements** **Candidate** ------------------------------ * + Technical or university degree in Education, Psychology, Administration, or Communications. * + Preferred specialization in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Trainer-of-Trainers. * + Adult teaching methodologies, group facilitation techniques, and e-learning tools. **Selection** **Process** ---------------------------- Our selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
