You will directly impact the service and management of members. **Member Service Executive** We are a Peruvian company dedicated to the development and management of Private Clubs and Condominiums. We seek someone with a commercial mindset, customer focus, and the ability to manage reservations, follow-ups, and deliver memorable experiences for our members. You will be a key part of the customer experience and business growth. ***YOUR IMPACT WILL BE DIRECT:*** Answer inquiries and manage reservations via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email Provide clear information about accommodations, rates, and services Follow up with prospects until reservations are confirmed Implement commercial strategies to increase occupancy Prepare reports and monitor management indicators Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, collections, and sales Keep the customer database up to date Continuously propose improvements and commercial initiatives ***REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:*** Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields Minimum 1 year of customer service experience focused on reservations Ideal experience in hospitality, tourism, or service industries Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, and basic-to-intermediate Excel Knowledge of sales techniques, closing methods, and report preparation ***KEY COMPETENCIES:*** Proactivity and results orientation Effective communication Organization and follow-up Empathy and customer interaction Persuasion skills Responsibility ***JOB CONDITIONS:*** Hybrid work mode (4/5 days in-office + remote/field) 6-day workweek 1 rest day to be determined Location: office + visits to field clubs Gender: unrestricted ***BENEFITS:*** Timely payments Ongoing training Career development path Free access to Grupo Norte clubs for employees and family members Corporate partnerships Banking partnership Adfly discounts Apply now and join Grupo Norte!
