Job Summary
You will be responsible for advising clients on planning and purchasing leisure travel, designing and quoting tourism packages to domestic and international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on planning their trips, identifying their needs, and recommending the best options.
Design and quote customized tourism packages for domestic and international destinations.
Manage flight, hotel, transfer, and other tourism service reservations using corporate tools.
Confirm contracted services promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for travelers.
Provide guidance on travel requirements, documentation, visas, vaccinations, and applicable policies.
Resolve inquiries, incidents, and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain close and proactive communication with travelers throughout the entire service process.
Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying and reporting opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in leisure travel sales within the tourism industry.
Knowledge of airline ticket issuance and reissuance.
Proficiency with GDS tools (Sabre and/or Amadeus).
Experience in quoting and building tourism packages.
Familiarity with domestic and international routes.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
