Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Bartender/Waiter for a rural restaurant, providing comprehensive and high-quality service both at the bar and in the dining area. Key Highlights: 1. A pleasant working environment in a rural setting We are looking for a Bartender/Waiter for Fundo La Chacra Restaurant! **Location:** Guadalupe, Ica Schedule: We offer two options — WEEKENDS ONLY or FULL-TIME (48 hours per week) About Us **Fundo La Chacra** is a restaurant located in Guadalupe, Ica. We seek a versatile individual capable of performing duties both at the bar and in the dining area, delivering comprehensive and high-quality service to our guests. What Will You Do in This Role? **As a Bartender:** * Prepare cocktails, spirits, and beverages from the menu (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). * Maintain stock, cleanliness, and organization of the bar. * Recommend food-and-beverage pairings and drinks according to customer orders. * Monitor inventory control and bar waste. **As a Waiter:** * Serve guests courteously and with a positive attitude. * Take orders and advise guests on the menu. * Serve dishes and beverages accurately and promptly. * Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for seamless service. * Assist in table setup and breakdown. What We Are Looking For * Prior experience as a bartender and/or waiter (desirable). * Knowledge of basic mixology (classics, infusions, etc.). * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. * Residency in Ica or nearby areas (e.g., Guadalupe, La Tinguiña), preferred.
