Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Properly manage supplies and minimize waste. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. * Coordinate with the team to ensure prompt and high-quality service. Requirements: * Prior experience as a cook. * Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine and à la carte dishes. * Availability to work in Cieneguilla. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team.
