We are currently seeking an experienced **Construction Supervisor / Foreman** to lead a project involving the installation of self-supporting towers, civil works, and grounding systems. **Job Description:** You will be the direct on-site responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising crews (tower riggers, operators, and laborers) to ensure construction is completed on schedule, meeting technical quality standards and sector-specific safety regulations. The main project involves constructing a 12-meter self-supporting tower, executing grounding pits, reinforced concrete foundation bases, and a metallic perimeter fence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise daily field activities (surveying, layout, excavation, formwork, and concrete pouring for tower foundations and fence footings). * Read and interpret structural drawings (foundations, metal structures) and basic electrical drawings (grounding pits). * Coordinate and supervise the safe assembly of the 12-meter galvanized metal tower together with the tower rigger. * Ensure proper fabrication, installation, and finishing of the perimeter fence. * Monitor efficient use of materials, equipment, and tools on site. * Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, supervising the use of PPE and fall protection systems. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Civil Construction or Building Construction, or completed secondary education with demonstrable hands-on experience. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years leading crews as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman, preferably in telecommunications infrastructure or similar building projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong expertise in reinforced concrete construction processes, metal structure assembly, and basic grounding system concepts. * **Skills:** Leadership, on-site problem-solving, working under pressure, and excellent communication with the site office. * **Preferred:** Valid training or certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and work-at-height procedures. **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-aligned compensation based on experience. * All statutory benefits under the MYPE labor regime. * Opportunity to join a solid and continuously growing company within the telecommunications sector. * Positive work environment and professional development with timely salary payments.
