Job Summary: We are seeking a social media-savvy content creator to develop and adapt content for TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on brand voice and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Content performance analysis and improvement proposals **Responsibilities:** * Researching references for content creation * Creating content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, TikToks, Stories) * Writing scripts/copy aligned with brand objectives * Adapting trends to the brand's tone * Analyzing basic performance metrics of published content * Proposing ongoing improvements **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Knowledge of social media platforms * Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut) * Experience using ChatGPT to generate lifestyle photos for Instagram * Ability to record videos using a smartphone * Willingness to appear on camera **Schedule:** 1st position: Part-time, 9 AM–1 PM \- 2nd position: Part-time, 1 PM–5 PM **Office:** Magdalena \- On-site work **Availability:** Immediate Employment Type: Part-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
