Your mission will be: Support platform operations to maintain system functionality and assist decision-making. Your main responsibilities: Provide user support for software issues, from incident resolution to system installation and configuration. Ensure communication between technical teams and management to maintain high service standards. Collect key information to support informed decision-making. Monitor plan execution and alert potential deviations. Prepare technical reports and action plans regarding incidents. Contribute technical expertise to problem resolution. Requirements: * University degree in Computer Science or related fields (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience in support roles (mandatory) * Knowledge of infrastructure and networking (mandatory) * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.) (mandatory) * Intermediate-level SQL database skills (mandatory) * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (mandatory) * Familiarity with automation tools (Power Apps and Batch programming) (mandatory) Work modality: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) Location: Office in Angamos, Lima We are looking for individuals with: Teamwork and collaboration skills.
