Logistics Assistant (Part-Time) – Villa El Salvador At **MP Outsourcing Logístico**, we are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to provide support in our operations, ensuring service continuity, supervision of operational staff, and compliance with established procedures. Responsibilities: * Conduct daily attendance tracking for warehouse staff, verifying the arrival of all employees. * Immediately manage staff absences by contacting replacement workers from the labor pool to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Coordinate staff arrivals and provide operational support at the start of each shift. * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and distribute PPE as required. * Report incidents related to attendance, operational efficiency, and safety. * Assist in monitoring and controlling resources assigned to operations. * Support operational coordination with clients and warehouse staff. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or having completed technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in similar roles or logistics operations (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented individual capable of responding quickly to unforeseen events, ensuring timely staffing coverage in case of absences. * Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams. * **Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.** * Residence in Villa El Salvador or nearby districts.
