Maintain food hygiene and handling standards **Company:** Pollería EL LEÑADOR JV Job Objective Guarantee the proper packaging of orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery, verifying that each order is delivered complete, in optimal condition, and compliant with the company's quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities * Inspect and verify orders before packaging. * Package products correctly to ensure excellent presentation. * Confirm that each order contains all items, accompaniments, sauces, cutlery, and beverages. * Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and delivery riders for timely order delivery. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with packaging materials. * Comply with food handling and hygiene regulations (GHP). * Report any order errors or incidents to the supervisor or manager. * Support other operational tasks as required. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **6 months** of experience as a packager, kitchen assistant, or in customer service (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
