We are Coqui Castillo Restaurants, a gastronomic holding company comprising two business units: Coqui Castillo and Black Poke. We currently have 5 years in the market and operate 4 dark kitchens serving major districts of Metropolitan Lima. We deliver personalized gastronomic experiences, interactive cooking classes, and catering services for events.
