Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to comprehensively lead real estate project development, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure objective attainment. Key Highlights: 1. At **Evergran Real Estate Group**, we seek to hire a **Project Manager** with strategic vision and solid experience in comprehensively leading multifamily project development. We seek a professional with strong leadership capabilities, technical and business acumen, results orientation, capable of simultaneously managing multiple work fronts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring each project progresses according to objectives set by Senior Management. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Architect. * Minimum 5 years’ experience leading real estate projects. * Proven experience in comprehensive development of multifamily buildings of \+ 20 floors. * Experience managing projects from initial evaluation and development, design, permit acquisition, construction execution, compliance, and unit separation. * Specialization in Project Management, Real Estate Development, or Project Administration (preferred). * PMP or equivalent certification (preferred). * Knowledge of the National Building Regulations, urban permits, physical-legal regularization, and municipal regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project control tools. * Familiarity with BIM methodologies, Lean Construction, and Value Engineering (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensively lead assigned real estate projects, ensuring achievement of schedule, cost, quality, and profitability objectives. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases—from conception through administrative and registry closure. * Coordinate preliminary design development, technical documentation, and integration across all disciplines. * Lead coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, supervisors, and strategic suppliers. * Ensure timely acquisition of required permits, licenses, feasibility approvals, and authorizations. * Supervise adherence to master schedules, critical milestones, and progress indicators. * Identify technical, economic, administrative, and legal risks, and promptly propose mitigation plans. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am \- 07:00 pm * Location: Santiago de Surco (in front of Wong Camacho) * On-site work * Availability to visit various project sites All statutory benefits at 100% Salary: S/.7,500\.00 \- S/.8,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
