Then **MYPE PAYROLL** (enrollment in payroll starting from the 4th month) **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (day off on Wednesday or Thursday) **Position Type:** Full-time About the Position A leading company in the commercial sector is seeking a **Customer Service and Sales Advisor** to deliver an excellent in-store customer experience, guide customers through the purchasing process, and contribute to achieving business objectives. We seek a dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented candidate with strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face sales. Main Responsibilities * Provide personalized in-store customer service. * Advise customers on products and address inquiries. * Conduct sales and promote products according to customer needs. * Support product organization, restocking, and in-store display. * Record basic information and provide administrative support using Office tools. * Maintain appropriate point-of-sale appearance. * Adhere to customer service guidelines and business objectives. Requirements * **Completed secondary education**. * Basic experience in **customer service, face-to-face sales, or cashier duties** (preferred). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Availability to work on-site in **Huacho**. * Availability to work Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off (Wednesday or Thursday).
