You will be responsible for on-site supervision, coordination of teams and contractors, compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards, and resolution of operational challenges—contributing to the project’s success by delivering results within schedule and budget.##### **As part of our team, you will:** * Guide contractors and field technicians, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. * Work closely with engineering, procurement, and other key teams to maintain efficient workflows. * Report progress, risks, and improvement opportunities to the Area Superintendent. * Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes learning, operational excellence, and mutual respect. * Serve as a key figure in infrastructure construction that protects the region’s water resources. ##### **Requirements for Success in This Role** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in water treatment plants or similar processes (construction or commissioning). * Experience in engineering and construction, preferably in mining or industrial projects. * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Analytical, planning, and on-site problem-solving capabilities. Leadership skills and experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams. * Clear communication, collaborative attitude, and safety-focused mindset. ##### **Your Work Environment** * You must be able to work at a mine under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule during daytime shifts. If office-based activities are required, this schedule may be adjusted as needed to fulfill job responsibilities. * Good health and physical condition are essential, as work occurs at an altitude between 3,000 and 4,000 meters above sea level. * You are also expected to be available for travel and to support other organizational sites, both nationally and internationally. * Preference is given to candidates residing in Cajamarca or those willing to relocate. * Employment type and duration: Fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026\.
