Job Description We are looking for committed, responsible, and service-oriented **Loss Prevention Agents** to join our team. Main Responsibilities * Control the entry and exit of people and merchandise. * Prevent losses and acts that compromise company security. * Verify compliance with security protocols. * Report any incidents detected during the shift. * Provide support in safeguarding facilities. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Experience in security or military service (preferred). * Age between 20 and 55 years. * Minimum height: * Males: 1\.68 m. * Females: 1\.60 m. * Availability to work an **8-hour shift (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)**. * Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and punctuality. Compensation and Benefits * Base salary: **S/ 1,130**. * Family allowance: **S/ 113** (if applicable). * Night shift premium of **35%**. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment.
