




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure operational security by managing physical and electronic security systems and continuously improving related processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and monitoring of advanced security systems. 2. Manage physical and electronic security services in stores. 3. Develop and implement security process improvement projects. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure operational security through implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of physical and electronic security systems * Manage physical and electronic security services, ensuring optimal store operations using digital platforms and ERP systems (e.g., surveillance, consulting, Sucamec, interventions, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, BMS, traffic counting, etc.). * Manage risk matrix reports, supervise compliance with risk management guidelines, and support stores in security and loss prevention training or drills. * Analyze service performance indicators, develop executive reports and dashboards, and identify improvement opportunities (e.g., ERP, BI platforms, Power Apps, Advanced Excel, SharePoint, etc.). * Evaluate, develop, and implement security process or protocol improvement projects, coverage efficiency enhancements, and technological upgrades for physical and electronic security systems in new stores, remodeled stores, or commercial projects (e.g., AutoCAD, Canvas, etc.). * Prepare technical specifications and lead procurement processes for assigned services. * Support internal control, audit, and regulatory compliance activities (e.g., ITSE, LPDP, PCI, vertical committees) / support operational continuity for stores and business unit locations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * 2–4 years of experience in asset security, loss prevention, or retail. * Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Business Administration degree. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * AutoCAD knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate Power BI and Looker Studio skills — desirable.
