Job Summary: We are seeking an occupational safety and health professional to lead safety inductions, supervise field operations, and ensure compliance with SSOMA regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead safety inductions and disseminate SSOMA policies. 2. Supervise field activities and ensure compliance with standards. 3. Investigate incidents and prepare reports for corrective actions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineer in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields (industrial, environmental). * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field. (Preferably in heavy transport companies). * Intermediate Office software proficiency. * Class AI driver's license. * Willingness to travel (occasionally). * Willingness to reside in Matarani \- Arequipa 6 x 1 **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * General labor regime (bonuses, CTS, and 30 days of vacation). * Job stability. * 6 x 1 work schedule. **FUNCTIONS:** * Lead safety inductions for new personnel, ensuring proper dissemination of SSOMA policies, procedures, standards, and instructions. * Supervise operational activities in the field, verifying compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental standards, as well as implementation of preventive measures. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to prevent incidents, accidents, and operational losses. * Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare corresponding reports, and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Prepare and present periodic reports to Management on SSOMA performance indicators, findings, regulatory compliance, and improvement opportunities. * Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions, safety talks, and drills related to risk prevention, emergency response, and safety culture. * Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate and supervise the work of assigned personnel, managing task distribution, shifts, breaks, and roster scheduling. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations regarding Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, and other applicable provisions. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position as assigned by Management.
