**HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – MINING SECTOR** On behalf of our client, an important mining sector company, we are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and light vehicles. * Valid class A\-IIIb driver's license. * Operational certificate. * Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA). * Ability to interpret equipment, component, and part drawings. * Previous experience in a mining environment (desirable). **Main Responsibilities** * Identify hazards and assess risks in the work area, applying controls and complying with safety management tools (PETAR, PETS, records, etc.). * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, and repair of equipment such as: front loaders, tractors, graders, dump trucks, bulldozers, tankers, pickup trucks, compressors, diamond drilling machines, and auxiliary equipment. * Monitor and analyze failures in yellow-line machinery and auxiliary equipment. * Report failures, manage spare parts requirements, and ensure compliance with the maintenance plan. * Carry out inspections, maintenance, and mechanical assembly of fixed and mobile equipment in the production cycle. **Benefits** * Direct payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits. * 80% EPS coverage. * Meals and accommodation provided by the company. * Travel expenses covered.
