Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring operational continuity at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. 2. Diagnosis of mechanical failures and timely proposal of technical solutions. 3. Preparation of maintenance reports, failure reports, and reports on implemented improvements. **MECHANICAL ENGINEER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Mechanics, or Agricultural Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical work at industrial plants and power generation systems. * Proven experience operating and handling tractors and heavy machinery (mandatory). * Experience in the agricultural sector (preferred). •Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and heavy agricultural machinery maintenance. * Willingness to travel to the northern region (Huacho and Huaral branches). * On-site work in Lima: 80% fieldwork and 20% office work. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am\- 1:00 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and mechanical equipment. * Ensure operational readiness and availability of industrial equipment and tractors. * Coordinate mechanical work with production and maintenance departments. * Diagnose mechanical failures and propose timely technical solutions. * Verify compliance with safety and operational standards at the plant. * Conduct periodic technical inspections of equipment and machinery. * Prepare maintenance reports, failure reports, and reports on implemented improvements. * Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in plant processes. * Regularly travel between Huacho and Huaral branches as required by operational needs. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive remuneration * Agricultural employment regime * Family allowance * Beta bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp number * Specify your highest academic degree attained * What is your expected salary? * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * How many years of experience do you have performing mechanical work at industrial plants? * How many years of proven experience do you have operating and handling tractors and heavy machinery? * Do you have experience in the cleaning sector? * Do you possess knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance? * Are you available to work on-site in Lima, with 80% fieldwork and 20% office work? * Are you available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, and Saturdays, 8:00 am\- 1:00 pm? * Are you available to travel to the northern region (Huacho and Huaral branches)?
