A prominent ready-mix concrete sales company, due to increased operational activities, seeks to incorporate an **Administrative Assistant** into its team of collaborators to support the commercial area in carrying out administrative and commercial functions at our Carabayllo branch office. The candidate must meet the following requirements: Competencies: * *Proactive* * Organized * Time management * Customer orientation * Ethical commitment * Analytical thinking * Continuous communication Responsibilities: * Management and filing of documentation. * Entering daily sales data into the logistics system and invoicing portal (invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes). * Petty cash control. * Customer service via phone calls or email. * Recording purchases (invoices, receipts, etc.). * Payments to suppliers. * Supporting the branch’s General Supervisor in tasks within her scope of responsibilities. * Other duties pertinent to the position and professional development. * Knowledge of inventory management (Kardex). Education: * Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. Training: * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office (Word and Excel). * Knowledge of Logistics System \- ERP (Desirable). Experience: * Minimum 3 months in similar roles such as Administrative Assistant, Assistant, or Billing Coordinator (Desirable). * Experience in the administrative area of concrete companies.
