Support to the Commercial Management team in various functions **Occupational Clinic S\&M** is looking to hire a Commercial Assistant. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * One year of experience in service sales and commercial management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **(Mandatory)** * Excellent verbal communication skills, persuasive ability, and capacity to work under pressure. **(Mandatory)** * Preference for candidates residing near San Miguel. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct prospecting and identify potential clients in the occupational health sector. * Perform follow-up on the existing client portfolio. * Prepare commercial reports, proposals, and quotations. * Prepare and send payment details, electronic invoices, and credentials. * Register employees into the clinic’s occupational software according to their scheduled appointments. * Provide support to the Commercial Management team as required.
