Job Summary: We are seeking a construction project sales assistant to manage client portfolios, quotations, follow-ups, and negotiations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages client portfolio and closes commercial deals 2. Identifies prospects and prepares quotations 3. Negotiates with potential clients An engineering and architecture firm with extensive experience in construction projects and building works requires a construction-related project sales assistant. Requirements: \- Currently pursuing or having incomplete architecture studies (8th, 9th, or 10th semester) \- Customer service experience in related fields such as construction companies, real estate firms, architecture studios, and engineering firms. \- Basic knowledge of municipal licensing procedures. Main Responsibilities: \- Client portfolio management, follow-up, and commercial closing \- Identifying prospects and preparing quotations for clients \- Client support for follow-up, sales initiation, and/or complaints \- Negotiation with potential clients \- Monitoring clients' service needs \- Administrative tasks within the commercial department Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
