




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to organize, supervise, record, and manage key information, supporting decision-making and daily company operations. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous collaboration on various assigned tasks Main Responsibilities * Organize and maintain up-to-date company information for decision-making (loans, banks, accounts receivable and payable, insurance, payroll, policies, induction course (warehouses)). * Supervise the distribution, maintenance, organization, and registration of corporate assets and other company-owned property. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Manage purchase and sales records. * Issue sales invoices. * Handle petty cash. * Issue purchase and service orders. * Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. * File, organize, store, and review all types of documents. * Monitor customer portals. * Continuously collaborate on other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Maintain control over management tool templates. Requirements * Student, bachelor’s degree holder, or graduate in Accounting Sciences, Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel. * Minimum two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Conditions and Benefits * Formal employment registration from day one (General Regime). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:50 p.m. * Workplace: Av. Oscar Benavides (formerly Colonial) No. 299 \- Cercado de Lima. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
