Customer service and lead follow-up for recreation equipment. 2. Preparation of quotations, invoices, and commercial contracts. 3. We deliver excellence-oriented service focused on customer satisfaction. **Job Description:** Job Description: We are seeking top female talent for the position of Commercial Assistant. The primary objective is to advise individual customers and businesses on recreation area equipment (steam saunas/dry saunas, swimming pools, and hydrotherapy spas). Responsibilities: * In-showroom customer service and digital lead follow-up \- CRM. * Customer service via phone, email, and social media. * Preparation of quotations, invoices, commercial contracts, and other documents. * Site visits to projects in LIMA for information gathering. * Support in various administrative tasks assigned. Requirements: * Commercial salesperson with at least 1 year of experience (preferred: sales of construction-related products and technical services). * Completed secondary education (preferred: technical diploma or university student in final cycles). * Proactive individual with strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service orientation. * Residency in Ate or nearby areas (Vitarte, Santa Anita, Salamanca). * Immediate availability to work Monday to Friday in the district of **Ate**. * Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
