Excellent communication skills and ease in engaging with various audiences. **Job Opening: Commercial Assistant – Acting Workshops** We are seeking a proactive **Commercial Assistant**, with strong communication skills and customer orientation, to join our team dedicated to the **sales and promotion of acting workshops for children, youth, and adults**. **Position Profile** * Graduate in **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, **Communication**, **Business**, or related fields. * Passion for performing arts and affinity with cultural and educational environments. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences: parents, youth, and adults. * Skill in organizing information, managing databases, and following up with prospects. * Friendly, empathetic, patient, and results-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities** * Provide detailed information about acting workshops, schedules, levels, and formats. * Manage inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media. * Follow up with leads and potential students. * Record commercial information and update the database. * Support enrollment and registration processes. * Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless student experience. * Assist in promotional activities, fairs, events, or activations. **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles (ideal if experience includes academies, workshops, institutes, or educational products). * Basic knowledge of CRM or commercial tracking tools. * Interest in theater, acting, or arts education. **Work Modality and Schedule** * Full-time position. * On-site modality. **Work Location** * Miraflores, Lima.
