Ongoing training and an excellent work environment We are looking for a B2B Commercial and Marketing Assistant — an organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual who will support commercial and marketing activities, contributing to the company’s growth and generation of new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities Commercial Area * Update and maintain the customer and prospect database. * Manage and keep the sales CRM up to date. * Conduct telephone and email follow-ups with potential customers. * Coordinate sales meetings and schedules. * Prepare follow-up reports on quotations and business opportunities. * Assist in preparing and sending commercial proposals. * Execute customer reactivation actions through campaigns and follow-ups. Marketing Area * Manage and update corporate social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn. * Coordinate the design and publication of digital content. * Update catalogs, technical datasheets, and commercial materials. * Administer and maintain the corporate website. * Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with external providers. * Prepare corporate presentations and success stories. * Manage databases for commercial campaigns. Commercial Intelligence * Research companies, construction firms, architects, and potential customers. * Identify new business opportunities. * Keep market and competitor information up to date. Requirements * Final-year student or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial, marketing, or customer service roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. * Knowledge of Canva. * CRM experience is desirable. * Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools is desirable.
