Comprehensive support in administrative and collections areas #### **Job description:** REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of a technical program in Administration, Marketing, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in customer service, call centers, or other roles related to commercial management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools. * Experience in the commercial area. * Immediate availability. * Professional appearance. * Age between 21 and 30. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer service via telephone. * Sales techniques and management of commercial relationships with clients. * Handling customer complaints and tracking their resolution. * Service follow-up. * Preparation of quotations. * Identification of potential customers. * Field visits to identify new products and customers. * Support in collections management. * Support in marketing activities. * Support in conducting market research. * Administrative support in preparing invoices, shipping documents, proformas, and other documents. CONDITIONS: * Salary: 1000 to 1200 soles, depending on evaluation.
