Job Summary: INGETRAFIC SRL is seeking an experienced Commercial Assistant in sales to serve and advise customers, monitor customer portfolios, and prepare work orders, with a focus on customer retention and after-sales service. SALES ASSISTANT INGETRAFIC SRL IS SEEKING TO ADD A COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT TO ITS SALES TEAM. Requirements: \- Technical studies in industrial administration, sales, or related fields. \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Organizational skills and customer orientation. \- Residence in areas adjacent to the districts of Ate, Lurigancho, and SJL. Responsibilities: \- Serving and advising regular and potential customers. \- Monitoring the customer portfolio. \- Preparing work orders. \- Building customer loyalty and performing after-sales service.
