Preparation of reports, proposals, and quotations **Occupational Clinic S\&M** is looking to incorporate a Commercial Assistant into our team. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * One (1) year of experience in service sales and commercial management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **(Mandatory)** * Strong communication skills over the phone, persuasive ability, and capacity to work under pressure. **(Mandatory)** * Preference for candidates residing in areas near San Miguel. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and identify potential clients in the occupational health sector. * Follow up with the existing customer portfolio. * Prepare commercial reports, proposals, and quotations. * Prepare and send attendance details for payments, electronic invoices, and credentials. * Register staff members into the clinic’s occupational software according to their schedules. * Support the Commercial Management team in any required tasks.
